The Pacifica House

Perfect for Couples or Families - Fireplace, Complimentary Wine!

The Pacifica House is a single level contemporary 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation home in Bayshore Estates in Waldport on the Central Oregon coast, near Yachats. It offers luxurious queen pillow-top beds with down comforters, cathedral ceilings, an oversized 2-person Jacuzzi tub, 50" Smart TV, and 100 Mbps wireless internet from every room. Take a long walk on the 7-mile beach, then cozy up to a warm fire with our complimentary bottle of wine, or soak in the private oceanview hot tub under the stars. The Pacifica House is family friendly and dog friendly. You can also use the facilities of Bayshore Beach Club which has a heated outdoor pool for a fee of $8/person/day.

13.5% local lodging tax
Housekeeping - $150 plus tax
Dog friendly - 2 dog limit - $100 flat rate plus tax - If you plan to leave your dog(s) unattended, please only do so if you bring a dog crate to house them in while you are gone.

While we do not “build in”  trip protection to the cost of your reservation, we strongly recommend that you purchase it through an outside intermediary company.  We understand that things come up or happen that may interfere with your travel plans.  These things generally include injury or illness as well as weather conditions.  Unless there is a state of emergency or roads to get to our area are impassable, we cannot offer any refund less than 30 days of arrival.  You can google “trip protection” to view a list of companies that offer various plans.  Depending on the cost of your reservation, these plans are generally less than $100.00. If you need assistance with this please let us know.
