** Important information regarding beach access -

To get to the beach in front of the house, you must walk up the driveway to the highway and then walk south along the highway to the end of the guard rail - approximately 100 feet. The trail to the beach is just at the end of the guard rail. The trail leads to stairs that then take you down to the beach. It is about a 10 minute walk from the house. There are also two state parks each within a half mile of the house. Stonefield State Park is a half mile to the north and Tokatee State Park is a half mile to the south. Both are excellent beaches for shell and agate hunting as well as amazing tide pools!
