The one-level house is just under 1,200 square feet. It has all new furniture, flooring, fridge, washer/dryer, cupboards/counters, kitchenware and linens. What sets this house apart from other rentals is the open, spacious and peaceful feeling. The home has a large kitchen and living room which both have ocean views. The two bedrooms have forest views. The house has a very large front lawn and a cozy back yard. Whether you are outside enjoying the summer breeze or inside cozying up to watch the winter storms, you’ll relish the comforts of this home.
The kitchen is very well-outfitted for cooking, and includes a nice selection of bar ware. A propane BBQ and outdoor furniture are provided, so you are all set to enjoy the ocean view and sunset. You’ll be sure to get a good nights sleep here. The main bedroom has an extra firm king size bed, the second bedroom has a softer, full size bed. The living room has a twin bed, and a twin rollaway is available if needed. The bathroom has a tub/shower and ample counter space. The house has Wi-Fi. You will find a nice supply of puzzles, games, books, and even some poker chips. The living room has a leather couch and recliner, a television with various streaming services, and a DVD player. The house is pet-friendly; dog bed, food/water bowls and poop bags are provided.
Coastal Comforts is located 6 miles south of the village of Yachats, which boasts excellent restaurants, coffee shops, galleries, unique stores, and even a local brewery. Numerous hiking spots are nearby with Cape Perpetua just 3 miles north. Nearby Bob Creek is a great place to go agate hunting. A short walk from the house takes you to Stonefield Beach.
