Sunset Villa is a beautiful, modern condo located right in the center of Yachats. It features a great room /living area/kitchen with ample seating and a wall of windows that offer views of the town and the coast. The master bedroom has a private bath with a spacious tiled walk-in shower. A sliding glass door opens to a beautiful balcony. The guest bedroom also has a sliding glass door to the balcony. Relax in the jett tub after a day of exploring!

This comfortable condo is within walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, farmers market and the beach. Eat out or enjoy cooking your meal in the well-equipped kitchen. Complete your perfect beach getaway by sitting on the living room balcony and watching the sunset while drinking your favorite beverage!

Note: If you plan to have a party of six, let us know in advance, and we can provide 2 rollaway beds.

While we do not “build in”  trip protection to the cost of your reservation, we strongly recommend that you purchase it through an outside intermediary company.  We understand that things come up or happen that may interfere with your travel plans.  These things generally include injury or illness as well as weather conditions.  Unless there is a state of emergency or roads to get to our area are impassable, we cannot offer any refund less than 30 days of arrival.  You can google “trip protection” to view a list of companies that offer various plans.  Depending on the cost of your reservation, these plans are generally less than $100.00.
