With a peek of the ocean from the yard, don't be surprised if you see deer meandering by. It's an easy 1/4 mile walk into town if you like to dine out, or want to enjoy the beach. On chillier evenings, settle in by the woodstove with a warm drink. Yachats has lots of sightseeing with numerous hiking trails and scenic areas to enjoy. For a beautiful country drive, head east on Yachats River Rd to check out the historic North Fork Covered Bridge.

We understand that things come up or happen that may interfere with your travel plans. These things generally include injury or illness as well as weather conditions. Unless there is a state of emergency or roads to get to our area are impassable, we cannot offer any refund less than 30 days of arrival. You can google “trip protection” to view a list of companies that offer various plans. Depending on the cost of your reservation, these plans are generally less than $100.00.
