The property is located approximately 5.5 miles south of Yachats in an area known as Bray’s Point. The vast Oceanview is sure to amaze and entertain you all day long! Behind the home lies over one hundred acres of Siuslaw Nation Forest. The home has been owed by the McIntyre family for over 50 years and is now being offered to other families and guests to enjoy. There is an abundance of beachcombing and wilderness areas to explore near the home. Cumming’s Creek Trailhead, Devil’s Churn, Strawberry Hill, Stonefield State Park and Bob Creek to name just a few. Easy beach access is located across the street at Bob Creek. This area is rich with agate hunting, tide pool areas and several caves to explore. You may rent the main house or the addition separately or together for the larger family or group.

Living Area- 27” color satellite TV, DVD/VHS – Fireplace (first presto log provided) Sofa Bed – makes into a queen size bed plus a couple of easy chairs for extra seating.
